AIRPORT
Rhodes DIAGORAS International Airport is about 15 minutes from the hotel (4km).
FERRY LINES
From the port of Mandraki, the coastal lines serve visitors to all nearby islands (Symi,Chalki, Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Karpathos) as well as south Rhodes (Lindos, Pefkos, Prassonissi).
BUSES
Please contact the reception for the buses’ schedule. Tickets can be found inside the bus.
TAXI
Calls for taxis can be made via the Reception.

The hotel has a private outdoor parking for free.

MINI MARKET
The closest MINI MARKET is located 150m outside the hotel. You can find a variety of cosmetics, souvenirs, sea products, toiletries, newspapers, cigarettes, magazines, books, toys, sweets, dairy, juices, wines, spirits, etc CAUTION! Consumption of food and beverages purchased by Market is only allowed in the rooms and not in the public areas.
INTERNET
Free internet access is available in common areas.
ELECTRICITY-VOLTAGE
The hotel’s electricity voltage is 220-240V.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and indoors. Always use the ashtray provided at the balcony.
ARRIVAL
Check-in time is from 14:00 until 23:00 at night. Let us know in time by email or by phone if you are late arriving to welcome you to our accommodation. Our hotel has a free luggage shuttle service and a free luggage storage service. Upon arrival, you will receive the HOTEL DIRECTORY in English, Greek or Italian with all information about your stay.
DEPARTURE
The official departure time is at 12.00 noon. Your luggage can be stored in the reception until your departure. Please make sure you did not leave personal items in your room and that you returned the key to the Reception. If you wish to extend your departure time at extra charge, please contact the Reception one day before your departure. Extending your stay until 18.00 applies to extra charge and depends on availability.
RECEPTION
The reception is open 16 hours, from 8:00 in the morning until 24:00 in the evening. Internal phone access is available for 24 hours. We have a free printer and scanner for our guests.
RESTAURANT-BAR
The bar-restaurant is located inside the hotel, beside the pool. You can eat appetizers, salads, omelettes, traditional Greek dishes (moussaka, stifado stew, kleftiko, stuffed vegetables,”gyros” plate etc). You can also eat grilled meat with fresh meat (souvlaki, chicken fillet, pork and veal steak, lamb chops, etc.) and fresh fish. It also serves various kinds of coffee, beverages, soft drinks, beers, cocktails, etc.
BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER
You can eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant located directly beside the pool of the hotel. Breakfast for more than 3 hours is available from 7:00 to 11:00 and early breakfasts are available upon request. Packed meals available upon request. Room service is available for breakfast in rooms and all meals from 10:00 to 22:00 for an extra charge.
ROOM EQUIPMENT
Kettle and coffee/tea amenities. Extra blankets, pillows and towels are available. Free ironing service upon request. Please contact the Reception. Room equipment may not be used outside the room (swimming pool, beach, etc.).
AIR CONDITIONING
All rooms have a / c at extra charge. Request information at the Reception. Please keep all windows and doors closed when a / c is on. It is forbidden to leave air conditioning open when you are away from the hotel.
SAFETY BOXES
Our hotel rooms have safety boxes at extra charge. Visit the Reception.
ROOM CLEANING
There is daily room service. Daily change of towels and linen change 3 times per week. If you have any other wish, please contact the Reception. We would ask
you not to throw paper in the toilet.
BABY COT – CHILDREN’S BED
Available for free on request.
WAKE UP SERVICE
Available for free upon request.
LOST OBJECTS
Contact the reception for lost items. We will make every effort to recover them.
SAFETY
When leaving the room, make sure that the door is locked. Do have the balcony doors and windows locked when you are out of the room or when you sleep. There is Private Client Insurance at the hotel.
DAMAGES
If you find any damage to an item of your room equipment, please contact the reception directly. Any damage caused by guests is charged (bed linen, towels, coffee makers, etc.).
MECHANICAL
If anything in your room does not work well, please do not try to fix it by yourselves, as it may cause extra damages. Please notify the reception the soonest possible.
SWIMMING POOL
Opening hours: 8.00-19.00
For safety reasons, night swimming is not allowed. Follow the safety rules (the information tables in the pool area).
BEACH-SWIMMING POOL TOWELS
Please avoid using the room bath towels for the pool or the beach. You can buy beach towels at the mini market.
WATER
Tap water is drinkable. As during the summer months there is shortage of water on the island, help with proper water use.
